Classes for hands-on environmental education. Drop off classes are held Wednesdays and Fridays for ages 7-12 from 9:30-11:30. Fees: $12 member/ $15 non member. 713-274-2668 www.abnc.org for information

Spring 2017 classes begin Jan 11 & 13. These classes cover such topics as Food Chains, Native Americans/Bison, Aquatics and Hydrology, Endangered Species and Pollinators. Additional topics may be found on the website www.abnc.org or by calling 713-274-2668/2667/2669. The classes are from 9:30-11:30 and the topics are the same Wednesdays and Fridays.  Classes are led by certified teachers, biologists and trained volunteers.  We emphasize quality TEKS correlated subjects and get to know the students personally. Children may register for one class or a series of classes. Fees: $12/Members; $15/Non-members per class.Pre-registration is recommended due to the popularity of this program.  Children ages 7-12 may enroll.  Parents of multiple aged children may find our EcoTots ( 18 mo-3 y/o with adult), or EcoKids, ( 3-6 y/o), provide an opportunity for the whole family to get outside in nature at the same time.
