Moody Gardens Annual Festival of Lights -Brighten up the holidays with a tradition for families and groups alike. A mile-long trail with more than one million lights and lighted scenes take you around the Moody Gardens property with spectacular views Galveston Bay. Enjoy the area’s only outdoor skating rink, concession areas with hot chocolate and festive food, holiday buffets, live entertainment and more.

Zoo Lights - Don’t miss one of Houston’s best loved holiday traditions. Sip hot chocolate as you stroll through the beautiful Houston Zoo grounds and take in the sights and sounds of the season. Earth-friendly LED lighting illuminate our ancient oak trees and decorate the paths to light your way. Interact with Candy the Zoo Lights Zebra presented by H-E-B, and get a selfie on the giant ice throne! You’ll also have an opportunity to take a photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Add additional experiences like decorating your own yummy churros, making yummy s’mores, and much more.

The Christmas Train - The Christmas Train is a unique holiday experience, unlike anything else in Houston! An old-fashioned train ride through Christmas Scenery and over 300,000 lights.

Lights of Tejas - Running for 15 magical nights between November 29th and December 29th, Lights of Tejas is the place to be this Christmas! With over a million Christmas lights, fireworks, food, music, and activities for all ages, it is the perfect night out for everyone seeking a fun-filled, wholesome Christmas celebration for all. We hope to see you at Tejas this Christmas season!

Up in Lights - Come see over 1 million Christmas lights on our 1 mile trail as you drive through our Christmas Light Park!

Prestonwood Forest Night of Lights - Come check out the nearly 750 homes decorated with thousands of lights, with varying themes for each block, treats from residents and awards for Best Block, Best Mailbox, etc. The event typically begins on the second weekend in December and runs through the last weekend in December.

Christmas in the Country at Dewberry Farm - Dewberry Farm is transformed into a whimsical Christmas Village, with twinkling lights, garland, ribbons and tinsel. Hop a wagon for a merry ride across the prairie to experience the magic of over one million lights, fantasy displays and holiday music! Enjoy 40+ attractions … including the Dewville Express Train, all included in the price of admission!

Magical Winter Lights - Step into Magical Winter Lights, the largest lantern festival of its kind in the United States, and begin your enchanted journey to tour more than 100 individual lantern sets in eight unique themed sections. Find lantern renditions of landmarks of the world, a Christmas village, skylines of Houston, the mysterious East, a Dino fun zone and more!  

Sugar Land Holiday Lights - More than 3 million lights, 8 themed areas, Holiday shopping, great food, Holiday movie nights, Santa Claus and much more! Open 6 p.m.-9 pm Sunday - Thursday and 6 p.m.-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
