Pitch Hit & Run and Jr. Home Run Derby

The City of Huntsville Parks and Leisure Department will host the MLB Pitch Hit & Run competition followed by the Jr. Home Run Derby on Saturday, March 3, 2018. This event is FREE!!
Boys and Girls from ages 7 to 14 will be able to demonstrate their skills in pitching, hitting the baseball/softball off of a tee, and running the bases! Winners of each age group will advance to the next round of competition on a later date usually in Conroe, TX!

Participants must provide a copy of their birth certificate to verify age. All participants must wear athletic shoes: no sandals, flip-flops, etc. You can bring your own bat and helmet; however, we will also provide them.
