Arduino!

Arduino is a mini computer that uses switches, resistors, circuits, and a breadboard to create all sorts of things (I'd highly recommend you google "Arduino Projects" and see what you find).

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

In this class, kids learn the basics of how an Arduino works using the supplied kit. More advanced and returning students can look online for a project that interests them, and if you supply the parts, we will help them build it! No programming experience required, but warning - lots of small parts involved here. We'd advise you to wait a few years if your child is prone to clumsiness! Please note that the class fee has been increased for the cost of materials.

Entering Grades 5 -10
