Be Your Own Bodyguard Camp

Krav Maga Houston's Youth Camp incorporates elements of fitness, Parkour, and self-defense to create a fun, but educational, skill-building experience like no other.

The students will learn self-defense skills to the most common attacks from bullies. They will also learn non-violent de-escalation techniques and how to help others in need. They will role play bully scenarios and will apply the skills they learn, full-force, against a padded assailant.
