Now in their 15th season at the MFAH, the annual Cantare Holiday Concerts at the MFAH are a cherished tradition. For this year’s program, Amy Solberg, Cantare’s artistic director, has created a kaleidoscopic mix of motets, carols, choral classics, and popular songs spanning many centuries and styles. The centerpiece of these concerts is Samuel Barber’s Twelfth Night.

Arrive early to hear the preview choirs at 6:40 p.m. in the Beck Building lobby: On December 16 & 17, see the Choral Scholars from St. Paul United Methodist Church, under the direction of Eddie Quaid; and on December 18, see the Bellaire Madrigal Choir.
