Central Library: Children's Noon Year's Eve Balloon Drop

Join us as we countdown to noon with crafts and games hosted by Central Library's Children's Services.
A ticket is required for this program.

- Tickets will be handed out at the Children's Desk beginning 30 minutes before the program start time.
- Tickets are free.
- Each person in your party must be present to receive a ticket.
- Each person in your party (infants included) require a ticket. There will be a limited amount of tickets for this program. This is to help us ensure we do not exceed our legal room capacity.
