We go beyond school lunch reform and novelty cooking to create Food Literacy among children through hands-on cooking. We believe the understanding of food origins, discovering new foods, seasonal eating, age appropriate techniques plays a role in living a healthy, nutritious lifestyle. Simply put: what real food is, where it comes from and what to do with it.

In recent years, a renewed interest in baking has swept both the USA and the UK due to television shows such as, ‘The Great British Baking Show’ and ‘The American Baking Competition.’ This camp provides new recipes for young bakers to practice their pastry making, cookie baking and kneading skills. This camp accommodates nut allergies only.
