Girls Empowerment Network presents the “Feelings During Covid” workshop, where we will explore our feelings and emotions over COVID in a healthy and supportive environment. We will be exploring self-care activities, coping skills, and the importance of sharing our feelings when we need it the most. Open for all girls in the Houston area in 3rd-12th grade.
