First Saturday Birding

Birders and nature lovers of all experience levels are invited to come out for this guided walk. Jones Park Volunteer and birder Al Barr will lead visitors on a hike to see and document the birds of the park.

First Saturday Birding
Calling all early birds!
Whether you’re a newbie or a ‘twitcher’, birders and nature lovers of all experience levels are invited to this guided walk. From white-eyed vireos to American white pelicans, Jones Park Volunteer and birder Al Barr will lead visitors on a hike to see and document the birds of the park. You may add some new friends, as well as birds, to your life list!
Binoculars are recommended.
Ages 10 and up.
