FREE Bully Defense Class

Kids ages 7-12 are welcome to attend this free class. Kids will learn solutions to common situations encountered in a bully situation.

Instead of kids learning traditional martial arts techniques that don't help much in a self-defense situation, this course teaches things that will truly help them should they ever have to defend themselves. Courtesy and respect will also be stressed. This class focuses on real self-defense skills, physical fitness, health, while being courteous and respectful. Space is limited so please email to reserve your child's spot.
