Hello Parents
Happy Feet Kids Yoga now has a Yoga class for the older kids. July 19th we will have are first 8-12 year old Yoga Series class. This is a great way to beat the heat, make new friends and learn Yoga. Each Class will be tailored to the children's needs and continue as they grow.
Starting off with our meet and greet followed by s short story that will lead in to some mindful breath practice to gear us up for Yoga Sequences. We will also practice some acro Yoga as this helps us bond with others. Then our activity which changes weekly, any where from a mini art project to fun and mindful.
The Journey does not end there, so come check us out on July 19th at 3pm.
