Kids Yoga at Paint Boss

Join us on Saturday's at 10am for some Special Kids Yoga at Paint Boss in Jersey Village.
We will start off our journey by reading a story and some light Yoga Poses that will get us ready for our activity. Next we will learn an advanced Yoga pose that your child will be proud to teach you!
The mindfulness and calming continues as we flow through Kids Own Poses and Guided Imagery. Be sure to to reserve your child's spot as spaces fill quickly!
