Learn about Texas Aviation Hall of Fame member and first African-American female to receive a pilots license. - Jesse Brown – WWII Corsair Pilot and Hero
Sat., Feb. 11 at 11:30 a.m. & 2 p.m.
The first African American aviator to complete the U.S. Navy’s basic flight training program and was a recipient of the Distinguished Flying Cross. LSFM Corsair cockpit will also be open from 10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. for guests to see inside. - Tuskegee Airmen Hangar Talk with WWII Veteran, Bob Wehnert
