Mommy & Me Pre-Ballet Classes

Dance Class geared toward babies who can walk through 32 mos and their favorite adult which teaches the foundational movement used in ballet. Mom will get a little work out and both will love this opportunity to bond together through music movement and fun.

This class is a weekly class where babies/toddlers and their favorite adult come to engage in positive movement activities that teach them basic principles not only used in ballet, such as:
- Spacial Awareness - where their body resides in space, how to move forward, backward, right, left, up and down (Spacial awareness has been proven to be key in learning how to read!)
- Hand to Eye Coordination
- Rhythm and keeping the beat of the music
- Flexibility
- Fine motor skills
