Invent-A-Game Contest with Fundamentally Toys

Love playing all kinds of games?
Get the family together & invent one for our contest!
This is simple, open-ended, imaginative fun for the entire family!
Create a game that involves a board, cards, building elements, or an indoor or outdoor activity for group or solo play. Make it competitive (one winner) or cooperative (everyone wins). It can be in any format, but NOT a video or computer game.
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
We want this to be a fun family activity that also doubles as a learning experience for kids to use their imaginations & creativity, develop logical & sequential thinking & strengthen communication skills.

Winners will be selected by our staff based on originality, creativity & clearly communicated game instructions. PLUS ... we'll explore the possibility of submitting great entries to game manufacturers for development. Who knows? You might see your game creation on our shelves one day!

~Brief description & object of game
~Intended ages
~Number of players
~Written play directions, scoring & rules
