The camps focus is mathematics and science related to engineering and STEM careers. Curriculum will include hands-on experiments and experiential activities, small and large group work with a virtual or in person presentation for camper guardians. A SAT Math prep will be facilitated, as it has been demonstrated that students who prepare perform better on standardized tests. Further, there will be exciting and relevant industry speakers, particularly during a STEM immersive day, plus, a full day field trip to Space Center Houston. This field trip includes STEM topic presentations during tours of the museum, Mission Control at Nasa Johnson Space Center, and the Sonny Carter Neutral Buoyancy Lab. Camp activities are developed to lead up to and relate to this STEM field trip.

KidSpot Summer Musical Theatre Camp for Youth
KidSpot Summer Musical Theatre Camp for Youth
Theatre Camp for Youth ages 5-18. This exciting week of camp offers age appropriate Theatre training and a performance of the musical Madagascar at the end of the week!
Week 1 runs June 7 through June 11. Week 2 runs June 14 through June 18. (Repeat of the first week camp).
Age: 5-18
Cost: $150 per week (A limited number of $25 scholarships are available)
Time: 9 am - 5 pm (early and late drop off/pickup for an additional charge)

National Summer Transportation Institute
3 week camp with one week focused on Land Transportation; one week on Water Transportation; and one week on Air transportation. The purpose of the Institute is to enlighten high school students on the areas available in these areas of transportation and the education and experience necessary to be successful. Emphasis will be put on STEM knowledge. Employability and personal skills will also be included. Participants MUST attend all three weeks.

Pathway to the Stars-A free STEM Summer Camp
Pathway to the Stars-A free STEM Summer Camp
Launch into summer fun with the FREE Pathway to the Stars Summer camps. This camp provides enriching education and activities to middle school students to improve their achievement and interest in STEM subjects. These FREE one week-long camps at San Jacinto College campuses are focused on students learning about NASA’s Artemis project and its upcoming journey to MARS. Topics include the engineering design cycle, rocketry, parachute landings, survival systems, space weather, navigation, robotics, and more.. Space industry guest speakers will provide insight on the challenging issues and solutions needed for long duration space travel.
