Square Fit: Baby Boot Camp

Enjoy a free Stroller Fit class with Baby Boot Camp the first Friday of every month from 9:30-10:30am at The Square.
This 60-minute class is aimed at moms of all fitness levels: pregnant moms, new moms and moms with one or more stroller-aged children.
The interval-based classes will incorporate cardio, strength and core for a total body workout!
