Storybook Theatre at 11am Friday, December 1st presents “How to Catch Santa” by Jean Reagan. This instruction manual provides us with helpful tips for “catching” Santa Claus on Christmas Eve with tricks involving cookies and riddles among other things! We are reminded to “Be crafty! Be clever! Be gentle!”
Storybook Theatre at 11am Friday, December 8th presents “How Do Dinosaurs Say Happy Chanukah” by Jane Yolen. Part of the beloved series featuring our favorite prehistoric friends, this warm and cheerful story shares the excitement, traditions (including candles, dreidels, and latkes), and temptations for misbehaving surrounding the Chanukah celebration.
Storybook Theatre at 11am Friday, December 15th presents “The Little Reindeer” by Nicola Killen. This is the magical tale of a little girl and a lost reindeer who set out on a Christmas Eve adventure together.
Storybook Theatre at 11am Friday, December 22nd presents “Is It Christmas Yet?” by Jane Chapman. Teddy keeps asking, “Is it Christmas yet?”. With so much to do, will he and Big Bear ever be ready for this special day?
Storybook Theatre at 11am Friday, December 29th presents “Squirrel’s New Year’s Resolution” by Pat Miller. It’s New Year’s Day—the perfect day for making resolutions! Squirrel helps her forest friends with their resolutions but can’t figure out her own.
