Summer Cooking Camp - Eastern Food Focused

Join us this summer for a week full of cooking, learning, and virtual travel as we explore the culinary traditions of Asia!
We’ll be preparing food from China, Korea, Japan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Join us this summer for a week full of cooking, learning, and virtual travel as we explore the culinary traditions of Asia!
We’ll be preparing food from China, Korea, Japan, Thailand and Vietnam. We will learn the principals of sauces, flavoring, cooking techniques, doughs, wraps, noodles, rice dishes, dim-sum, and more. We will be preparing classic desserts such as mochi and custard tarts.
- Each day will include a snack break and conclude with a complete meal.
- Each camper will also receive an urbanCHEF t-Shirt and cookbook.
- Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes each day!
We have classes for 2 age groups:
- 6-11year olds
- 11-17 year olds
