Summer Cooking Camp - Food Truck Frenzy

Join us this summer for a week full of cooking and learning as we explore and create our favorite food truck menus!
From fusion menus to classics and sweets, learn to create your own favorite condiments, how to organize and prep for a crowd of your friends and family, or for just a quick bite. The week ends with you designing and preparing your best food truck dish!
Throughout the week the classes will cover menu planning, mis-en place, grilling, braising, sauces, desserts, and more!

- Each day will include a snack break and conclude with a complete meal.
- Each camper will also receive an urbanCHEF t-Shirt and cookbook.
- Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes each day!
We have classes for 2 age groups:
- 6-11year olds
- 11-17 year olds
Classes will be held on a weekly basis, from 9am-1pm, all summer!
