CURSIVE HANDWRITING + DRAWING AMERICAN HISTORY
Foundations Classical Academy
In this live online course, we improve our print and cursive handwriting through reading and writing about people and events from American history as well as drawing them. Why drawing? Drawing develops some of the same muscle groups used for handwriting. It's also lots of fun! Recommended for ages 11-18. An ADULT SECTION is also available (meeting time is different. It will start at 9:30 AM PST and end at 10:30 AM PST).

Follow your wildest dreams and enter a world of imagination and creativity, as we explore the world of our favorite Princesses. Through movement, we will explore their stories, share some of our own, and dance until the clock chimes 12 (Not really....pick up your prince or princess at 1 please). Come and join us on our adventure that ends with a special tea party! Lemonade will be used in place of tea & please email us with any allergies.
National Youth Theater Camp OZ Day Camp

Join the summer excitement at “Camp Oz” day camp for ages 6-12 (age as of Sept. 1, 2025), featuring songs from Broadway’s beloved Oz musicals, including Wicked, The Wizard of Oz, and The Wiz. NYT’s youth musical theater day camp will showcase fantastic choreography, thrilling drama, enjoyable songs, and a variety of entertaining summer camp games. Children are sure to have an exhilarating time at this dynamic camp!
Summer Science Camp: Dive into Oceans
Nature Discovery Center
Send the kids (ages 5 to 10) with their lunch and a refillable water bottle and we’ll do the rest. Your children will be engaged and entertained by our science and nature themed camps, featuring hands-on activities, games, art projects, new friends, and more. Weather permitting, campers will spend the majority of their time outdoors.
HDC Storybook Summer Dance Camp
Hunter Dance Center
Hunter Dance Center Faculty will lead creative journeys using dance, music, creative drama, circus arts and crafts. Each 1-week session will culminate in an informal performance for family and friends at 11:30am on Friday. Themes change each session so that students may participate in multiple camps. Limited to 20 dancers per session.
ADAPTED CLASSICS: The Iliad, The Odyssey, and Greek History (online camp in the liberal arts)
Foundations Classical Academy
The purpose of this live ONLINE course is to spark pre-teen/early teenage students' interest in reading classic books and to teach them to engage in Socratic discussion about themes, characters, plot, etc. We will also focus on history related to the stories. Our summer 2025 readings are selections from Homer’s The Iliad and The Odyssey. The cost is $150 for 22.5 hours of instruction June 16-Aug. 13, 2025.
