Come follow The Yellow Brick Road to Munchkin Bootcamp at The George! We are planning to cast 10 Munchkins for our summer 2025 production of The Wizard of Oz: The Musical.
Think you have what it takes to be part of the Lollipop Guild?We will be offering a one-week bootcamp to help potential cast members prepare for auditions. Our Munchkin Bootcamp will run Monday, February 24th through Thursday, February 27th at The George Theatre from 4:30-6:30 pm each day. Attendees will work with the Assistant Director of The Wizard of Oz: The Musical, to learn choreography, songs, scenework, and audition tips. Each day will have a singular focus and review the skills learned in the days prior.
This Bootcamp is designed for young actors who already have some stage experience. This is not a camp to learn the basics of acting (join us this summer for those!). While it will be noted on your child’s application form that he/she attended the bootcamp, participation does not guarantee a role in the show.
