As part of Katy Visual & Performing Arts Center (KVPAC)'s character themed Celebrations program, All Things Sparkly returns to the West Oaks Mall campus. Inviting girls (ages 4-9) to join KVPAC princesses, glamour dolls, and fairies for an afternoon of shining songs, glittery games, and sparkling arts and crafts! Join the magic at this fun arts-filled celebration perfectly suited for young glam gals and artists alike!
