The Woodlands Children's Museum
The Woodlands Children’s Museum is committed to encouraging hands-on learning, imagination, and discovery in our interactive exhibits designed for those seven and under. Here, children can be anyone or anything they want through role-play in our diverse exhibits and rotating collection of costumes. Science, art, and culture drive many of these educational exhibits where learning through play is exciting! The museum has a working “art bar” called the Muse, where children exercise their creativity with a new project every day. Our exhibits foster early childhood development, fine/gross motor skills, and abstract thinking which are all designed to empower your child
Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts
The Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts exists to provide direct, first-hand access to original works of art, and to offer outstanding educational and public programming. With new exhibitions every spring, summer, and fall, there’s always something new at the Pearl! Summers are designed with families in mind, featuring exhibitions that appeal to the kid in everyone. The museum also offers classes through its School of Art; summer art camps; preschool Art Start; Family Days and more. Located at 6815 Cypresswood Drive in Spring, the Pearl’s smaller size makes it very accessible for families. Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and admission is free.
