Dance Summer Intensive Workshop
Return to fall classes dancing leaps and bounds above the rest!
Dance classes in Ballet/Pointe, Jazz, Hip-hop, Contemporary, Modern, and Conditioning. Improve technique and learn dances to jump-start cognition and muscle memory.
This is the camp your dancer needs to attend to prepare them for fall classes. We will focus on stretching and building or dance muscles and increasing flexibility so dancers don’t go back to classes and overdo it and injure themselves.
Students will work with top teachers to improve technique with a heavy focus on alignment, transition, turns, and leaps.
Learn choreography designed to jump-start cognitive and muscle memory.
Daily conditioning activities develop weak muscles and strengthen the muscles most needed in dance.
Learn injury prevention and build stamina.
