Dance Team Conditioning Classes

Join us for weekly classes designed to help dance team members and hopefuls improve their flexibility, endurance, turns, leaps, kicks, and jumps in advance of their school's summer camp. We are currently hosting class virtually through zoom. Our class gives dancers the skills they need to build proper technique and will provide personal tips for at home excercises to improve flexibility and technique. Don't let the first time you start dancing be during dance team camp at your school, these are often overwhelming all day practices and can result in injury and fatigue for dancers who are new or out of shape. Let us help you get ready for fall!
