Campers collaborate to write, design, build and perform a one-of-a-kind musical masterpiece based on a children’s story. This camp is perfect for singers and non-singers alike.

June 13 – 24, 2022 Mon – Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Friday, June 24- 9:00AM-1:00PM *performance on final Friday at 12:00 PM*
Wortham Theatre Center
For students entering grades 3 – 8 in fall 2022 $600
Scholarships are available. Please complete the online registration form and answer Yes to “Are you interested in financial assistance?” on the registration form. HGOco Operations Manager Karen Mata will contact you to follow up.

Please note that per Houston Grand Opera’s current health and safety policies, all participants must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, and agree to follow HGO’s current health and safety protocols to attend camp. HGO’s health and safety protocols are created in collaboration with our medical advisors at Houston Methodist. All protocols subject to change.
