Help your child build the skills they need to succeed in school and beyond with our Mental Focus camp! Our expert coaches will guide students ages 6-12 through engaging activities that develop problem-solving, focus, and resilience. Your child will leave the week-long camp feeling empowered and confident in their ability to tackle any challenge.

The Mental Focus camp is a week-long program designed for students ages 6-12 to learn mental skills and resources to aid them in problem-solving, focus, and resilience. Each day will be focused on a different theme that students can dress up as, and the mental skills topic covered will coincide with the theme. The camp runs from 8 am to 4 pm and will be held at the Future Stars of Houston in the heights area. Students will have opportunities to visit a nearby park, have outside play time, and participate in engaging indoor activities. While lunch is not provided, snacks and water will be provided for students throughout the day. On Friday, students will celebrate their new skills with a party that includes sweet treats and popsicles.
