This 5-day camp uses Minecraft: Education Edition to teach students about cybersecurity, guiding them from digital citizenship to becoming a cyber expert. The curriculum is broken down into three main sections: "Cyber Safe," where students learn foundational digital safety skills like identifying phishing scams and creating strong passwords; "Cyber Fundamentals," which introduces hands-on network building and data encryption exercises as part of an Incident Response Team; and "Cyber Expert," where they delve into advanced topics such as social engineering, malware, and ransomware, with lessons on how to protect against and respond to real-world threats. The program is designed to be a comprehensive and engaging introduction to cybersecurity principles and career paths.
