Once on this Island KIDS, Session 2
Grades 3–6
TWO WEEKS
Rehearsals:
Monday - Friday
July 21 - 25 & July 28 - August 01
9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Dress Rehearsal:
Saturday, August 02, 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Performances:
Saturday, August 02, 11:30 a.m.
Sunday, August 03, 2:30 p.m.
Actors and Crew called at 1:00 p.m.
Student participation in the dress rehearsal and both performances is required. Please consult your family’s calendar before registering for this class.
TUITION:
$935.00 - Early bird price until March 3, save $60!
$995.00 - After March 3
$25.00 annual registration fee per account may apply

ATTENDANCE POLICY:
Because of the collaborative nature of production, absences are highly discouraged. Please inform HITS of all known scheduling conflicts before the start of your child’s first class/rehearsal. If there are several rehearsal conflicts, the result may impact the student's casting and/or the full participation in the production. In the case of emergencies or last-minute illnesses, please call 713-861-7408 or email HITS Customer Service.
The creative teams may at their discretion reassign the role/s of any student who accrues more than two (2) unexcused absences or late arrivals to support the integrity of the production and the preparation process of the entire cast.
Attendance during technical/dress rehearsals and performances is mandatory.
ATTIRE:
Comfortable clothing that allows movement and closed-toed shoes with rubber soles. Jazz shoes are recommended.
HEALTH/SAFETY:
Students will be required to adhere to all safety procedures at all possible times. HITS Theatre reserves the right to refuse entry or dismiss anyone who does not adhere to theater policies. For more information, visit https://hitstheatre.org/health-and-safety/
CANCELLATION:
Requests for refunds or cancellations must be submitted in writing fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the class or program to be eligible for repayment. Refunds will be granted less a $50.00 non-refundable processing fee. The annual registration fee is non-refundable.
