Review of: Koko FitClub

I know my way around fitness clubs but lately I had just been doing fitness videos at home. However, I was frustrated and stuck on a plateau. It seemed whatever I did, the middle age bulge wouldn't budge. I also wanted a place that would encourage my teens to get in shape too.
So when a Koko FitClub popped up near my house, I popped in to see what it was about.
What's so revolutionary about a new fitness center? This one intrigued me because it automated the process of fitness for me. I didn't have to think about what exercise, what weight level, or what program to follow. It really took the guesswork out of exercise...and made it FUN!
It's a digital gym!
When I arrived skeptical, they shared the magic of Koko FitClub. You get to choose a program tailored to what your goals are, do a quick fit check, then you receive a flash drive loaded with your specific program. They have fitness programs for:
- Fat burning
- Strength
- Sports conditioning
- Back pain relief
Diabetes- Breast cancer recovery
- Men's health
- Arthritis
- Golf
- ...and more!

If you've ever struggled with motivation to get to the gym, you will find help here. This is my favorite part of Koko FitClub...and why I keep coming back! Here are the top 7 reasons I love it:
- Get in and out in less than 30 minutes! Each Smartraining session is 30 minutes or less, and each cardio session is 15 minutes. I change it up and do something different each time. I can get a quick workout in before the day begins, or slip over during lunch.
- You can do anything for 15 minutes. Koko has taught me not to be a cardio-hater. I
sed to drag into a gym and plod away on the treadmill while watching tv - ultimately not doing myself any good. Here, you have a personalized trainer by way of a little audio file that keeps you engaged, encourages you every second and tells you exactly what to do. In fact, 15 minutes of Koko cardio is twice as effective as 30 minutes anywhere else. (The same goes for the 30 minutes of Koko strength training - double the effectiveness). - No Plateaus! Koko dynamically adapts to your progress so you don't hit those frustrating plateaus. The Smartrainer knows if you're ready for the next level and automatically adjusts. Each session is specifically tailored to your current level and your goals.
- It's very simple. Once you load your customized flash drive into the Smartrainer, it tells you what to do and how to do it. It's a full-body workout with no fluff...just "git 'er done!"
- The little perks are great! I have to admit, I'm a sucker for little perks. For instance,
you get points for each cardio session and strength session depending on how well you follow the protocol (it knows if you jerk the weights up...that's cheating!). The points add up and you get different colored lanyards as you progress. I was so happy to get my black lanyard meaning I reached 100,000 points. You get a free t-shirt when you hit your first "perfect workout". Oh yeah! I did that too. Some months they do promos where you can earn Koko gear based on your workouts. - E-BMI accuracy...It's far better than the height/weight charts of old. It digitally determines your electronic body mass index every time you work out. So you can see your muscles getting stronger and your fat melting away.
- Online support. I have a customized online site where I can preview my next strength session, check my Q score, see my e-BMI progress, and chart my workouts. The best part, they have a Koko Fuel School that helps me determine what to eat as well. They've really covered all the bases.
