Overtime Athletics camps are excellent for kids because they combine physical activity, skill development, inclusivity, social interaction, and character development in a fun and structured environment, contributing to the holistic growth and well-being of children.
Overtime Athletics uses multi-sport programs and camps to benefit children physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally. Our programs are designed to help kids develop skills such as teamwork, confidence, acceptance, and sportsmanship. Our classes are structured to introduce kids to a variety of sports. We present a new sport or activity each day, allowing the kids to develop multiple skills throughout the week. Each day is structured around skills and drills, followed by games. This way, they learn the skills of the sport, as well as how to work together as a team. Most importantly, we make sports FUN.
This camp includes variety of all sports classes (soccer, dodgeball, football, volleyball, etc.) free play, warm up activities, stations, games, and scrimmages.
Our philosophy of PARTICIPATION and FUN guides us in our quest to show kids the excitement and value of playing sports. Preparation, organization, discipline, and teamwork guarantees participants enjoyment and improvement in all aspects of the games. Overtime Athletics’ proven curriculum for boys and girls of all skill levels puts as much emphasis on positive attitudes and sportsmanship as it does on any contemporary athletic technique.
