Join Six Pixels Studios for our exciting 5-day Summer Break Moviemaking Creative Mixer Camp! We'll take students behind the scenes as they learn to make movies, study creative photography, learn how to create stop motion animation and special effects, and more! Each day will feature carefully designed challenges to inspire students as they learn to develop original stories, direct, operate camera and sound, and finally, edit their own work. Whether your student comes for one or both sessions, they will gain valuable STEAM skills, develop friendships, and turn their summer vacation into movie-making fun that they’ll remember forever.
Recommended for students ages 8-13. All materials and supplies are included, simply pack snacks and refillable water bottles!
Dates: June 5 - 9th, 2023
Times:
Session 1 - 9am – noon, Monday – Friday (Fantasy and Adventure Themes)
Session 2 - 1pm - 4pm, Monday - Friday (Superhero and Wizard Themes)
Location: Sojourn Oak Forest Church, 1216 Bethlehem St, Houston, TX 77018
Cost: $270 per child per session (M-F morning or afternoon)
