Tumbling classes at Flips

Tumbling classes are programmed to help the students with a
variety of objectives, allowing each student to experience the
thrill of tumbling from the beginning through the advanced
level.

In most cases, the student wants to work on the roundoff, back handspring (flip-flop) series and on multi-skill tumbling passes. Tumbling classes are co-ed and last 45 minutes. There are four levels in the tumbling program at Flips: Beginner, Novice, Intermediate and Advanced.
