A Water Safety Event for the Whole Family!
Hosted by Texas Children’s Hospital West Campus and KATY Aquatics
Saturday, May 16, 2015
Cinco Ranch High School Natatorium
(23440 Cinco Ranch Blvd., Katy, TX)
10am – Noon
The event will have FREE swim lessons for ages 3 and up (must pre-register online), water safety activities, information on how to reduce the risk of drowning, gift bags, raffle prizes and much more!
Activities include:
• FREE Swim Lessons/Stroke School (KATY Aquatics)*
• Learn to properly wear a lifejacket (US Army Corps)
• CPR station (IPSSA)
• Water rescue demonstrations
• Kayak rides for children
• Boat display by Texas Game Warden
• Willowfork Fire & Rescue
• Houston Health Museum
• NFL Play 60 with the Amobi Okoye Foundation
• Meet the Skeeter’s Baseball Mascot and play a game
• See the Chick-fil-A Cow and visit with Princess Ariel
• FREE Gift Bags for the first 300 Participants
• FREE Food, Raffle Prizes and Much, Much More!!!
* Children must be ages 3 or older to participate in FREE Swim Lessons/Stroke School. Guarantee a spot in the pool by pre-registering online at katyaquatics.org. Click “Learn to Swim”.
