Trail Rides: Guided Adventure Trail Rides in the forest along Cypress Creek. A great family activity. Ages 8 and up.
Horseback riding lessons: group or individual lessons. We conduct our lessons out on the trail. We can also give a lesson in our pen upon request. Book online at https://cypresstrailsranch.com/.
Day Camps: Day camps are offered during school breaks (winter, spring, and summer). We offer 1, 5, 10 and 20 day camps with flexible days and hours. Interns spend their time experiencing the challenges and responsibilities of loving, riding, and taking care of horses. Whether the Intern comes to camp as a novice or as an experienced rider, they will leave with more confidence and new equestrian skills. All of our Interns get personal attention. We want our Interns to leave the ranch with lots of smiles, good memories, and horsemanship skills to last a lifetime. Interns are guaranteed at least two hours of riding each day, along with other horse-related activities (also known as hard work!), in a safe and wholesome atmosphere. Each intern will be assigned a horse for the duration of their program. Camp activities include grooming and saddling horses as well as riding lessons. Safety is stressed at all times. Throughout the day interns will be asked to perform equestrian-related chores, like mucking stalls, feeding horses, oiling saddles, and whatever else is needed to keep our horses healthy and happy. 8 years and up, for more information see Day Camp / Intern Program on our website.
Parties: Adventure Trail Ride Party is a one-hour trail ride and the use of our picnic area for two-hours, for adults and kids 8 and up. A gentle horse/pony can be added to the party for the little ones. Pony Party, two gentle horses/ponies and use of the picnic area for two hours.
Scouts: Adventure Trail Rides make a fun outing for the troop. We can also do badge work for scouts.
