Our 22,000 square-foot state of the art facility is conveniently located in the Heights area of Houston, inside the 610 Loop. From I-10, exit North Shepherd and go two blocks north from the freeway.
Discover Gymnastics Follows USAG Levels to progress our students safely and positively through our class programs.
We also offer special needs classes. A parent-child interactive program for children age 4 years and up with special needs including (but not limited to) any Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome**, Multiple Sclerosis, Cystic Fibrosis, Developmental Delay, Chromosome Deficiency, and any physical disability. Children learn the fundamentals of Olympic style gymnastics using modified Olympic apparatus. Children are encouraged to participate and progress at their own ability with the emphasis on overall fitness and coordination. Target ratio: 10:1
