Girls' ideas matter, and the world needs to hear them. Join She's the First on March 29 to learn how to use your girl power to speak up for the change you want to see in your community! This free event is for girls aged 13-18 and is co-hosted by STF Houston, one of over 100 girl-led chapters across the nation. She's the First is an international nonprofit that partners with grassroots leaders to ensure every girl is educated, respected, and heard.

Girls often aren’t invited into the room where decisions affect them. Their ideas matter, and they are more than ready to lead.
We believe in the power girls have to advocate for themselves. Our programs provide girls with the platforms and resources they need to speak up for their rights in their homes, schools, and communities. Whether they’re planning to approach a teacher, a friend, or their local government, girls leave these programs better equipped to promote their needs.
