Come Join us for some Kids Yoga on Thursday's and Saturdays!
We will start off our journey by reading a story and some light Yoga Poses that will get us ready for our activity. Next we will learn an advanced Yoga pose that your child will be proud to show you. The mindfulness and calming continues as we flow through Kids Own Poses and Guided Imagery.
Things to note:
Arrive on time
Please have children fed prior to class
Bring bug spray
I will provide all equipment
If you have a child under the age of two, I encourage you to bring them as this creates awareness, curiosity and interest to help build as they age.
