Houston Science Festival: STEAM by the Sea Fest
Explore the wonders of science, technology, engineering, art, and math right here on Galveston Island at Moody Gardens' STEAM by the Sea Fest! On Saturday, September 12, 2026, the Visitors Center comes alive from 10 AM to 3 PM with free, hands-on STEAM activity tables inspired by our Rainforest Pyramid and Aquarium, SAVY Carts, and interactive exhibitor showcases. Join the STEAM Scavenger Hunt - visit exhibitor tables, collect answers, and turn in your sheet for a prize. Admission to the event is free for all visiting guests, making it a perfect outing for curious kids, families, and STEAM enthusiasts of all ages.
