Did you know the average person eats almost 1,500 pounds of food a year? Healthy eating habits begin now. You’re invited to discover what’s yummy for the tummy and learn cool facts about the fuel your body needs to get up and go. You’ll go bananas with all of the fun and engaging activities we have prepared to encourage healthier lifestyle and food choices.
Special Events:
- YogaOne: Yoga classes will be offered to children to practice stretches, yoga poses, and breathing exercises. Event time: 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. at Brown Auditorium.
- Chef Cook-Off: Unleash your top cooking skills and participate in three cooking rounds.
- Round 1: Salad Cooking with Hyatt Regency Chef at 11 a.m. and 12 p.m., at Alcove.
- Round 2: Snack Cooking at 1 and 2 p.m., at Alcove.
- Round 3: Dessert Cooking at 3 and 4 p.m., at Alcove.
- HEB Mascot Buddy: Stop by for a meet-and-greet with Buddy from HEB and snap a picture. Event time: 12- 4 p.m. at various locations.
