The Happy Macaron baker is back and we are celebrating Spring by whipping up beautiful and tasty macarons. Rose Caraglia will unveil her secrets for creating the perfect Parisian macarons. In this hands-on class, you’ll be making bright Lemon Cream & delicious Strawberry Cheesecake Macarons. Mastering these delicate cookies means perfecting the crisp shell, making light, sweet fillings and carefully assembling for stunning results. You’ll learn both the art and the science behind this French delicacy.
The class time is 2 hours. You’ll finish with a box of beautiful macarons to take home as well as the confidence to make them in your very own kitchen.
This class is $55/per person. You can drop off kids in age 9+ or attend as a family.
PLEASE NOTE: This class is uniquely a very hands-on macaron class, but it is a combination demo and hands-on class and there will be two pairs per team, meaning 4 people to a mixer/team.
