Step into the role of a founder, lawmaker, and judge in this immersive, game-like camp taught by a practicing trial attorney. Students will work together to build their own country from the ground up: designing a constitution, debating rules, and representing competing interests through guided role play. As their new nation faces real-world-style crises, they will test their laws in a live courtroom setting, argue cases, and see how judges turn rules into decisions. Through hands-on activities and constant opportunities for role play, students will develop confidence, critical thinking, and a deeper understanding of how laws shape everyday life.
- We will use a car line at parent pick-up. Pull up with the driver's side door closest to MDSA's door. A staff member will bring your child out to you.
- Please be on time. Parents who arrive after 1:10 pm will be charged a $10 fee.
- Any photos taken will be posted on our closed Facebook Group www.facebook.com/groups/mdsafamilies/
Once registered, feel free to join. Sometimes it takes us a few days to grant access. - Bring a lunch, and a water bottle.
Please Note: All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for students who do not attend camp without prior notice.
