Meditation 101

We will begin with a mantra, introduce concepts of kundalini yoga and other methods to connect to your inner self and the universe. We will incorporate healing sound bowls too. Yoga mat is optional, comfortable clothing is recommended. You don't have to come as a family, but this is open to all ages to try. Earplugs for those sensitive to vibration or sound is recommended. We will have a few things to occupy young kids, so please use your best judgement in making the decision to bring a child under age 7. If they can focus for long periods of time, and sit still with you and whisper, then great, if not, please attend this first event without them.
Kristine Flaherty comes to us with nearly 20 years of experience in dance, wellness, and creative pursuits, sharing her passions with both kids and adults through the years. She has been a dancer at a professional level and a dance teacher before pivoting to specializing in injury recovery and prevention. This began her path towards holistic approaches to health and healing. Her approach includes Kundalini Yoga, crystal sound bowls, and Reiki Healing to restore energy pathways in the body.
