Minion Madness

Back by popular demand, the Children’s Museum of Houston is out to rule the world with the help of the Minions.

-Real heroes come in many colors, particularly in yellow! Back by popular demand, the Children’s Museum of Houston is out to rule the world with the help of the Minions. Head to the Museum for a one-in-a-minion chance to meet your favorite goggle-wearing henchmen and participate in minion-inspired activities. Yakitori!
SPECIAL EVENTS:
- Meet the Minions: Minions will stop by for a special appearance at the Museum. Bring your camera! Event Time: All Day
- Minion Mania: Compete in challenges, including “Mimic That Minion,” “Guess the Minion,” and “Gru Says,” to test your knowledge of minion culture! Then play a game of “Freeze those Musical Minions.” Event Times: 2 and 3 p.m. in Alcove.
ON-GOING ACTIVITIES:
- “Luk at Tu” Minion Goggles: Respect, power, banana! It’s you as a Minion inJunktion.
- “Tulaliloo Ti Amo” Bookmark: Make a master book page reminder at Junktion.
- Mini Minion Visor: Make the biggest, “baddest” sun-shading visor at Junktion.
- Minion Face Painting: Turn your face into a minion masterpiece at Junktion.
- Minionese: Understand the gibberish with a Minion translator at Science Station.
