The Woodlands Children’s Museum will put science in the spotlight during NanoDays 2017.
The event is slated for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19 at the museum located at 4775 W. Panther Creek Dr. Suite 280 in The Woodlands.
The museum is partnering with Nanoscale Informal Science Education (NISE) Network, a national community of researchers and science educators dedicated to fostering public awareness, engagement, and understanding of nanoscale science, engineering, and technology.
At The Woodlands Children’s Museum, a number of fun activities are planned to peak young imaginations as they study about matter on the smallest possible scale of atoms and molecules, including demonstrations of different, unexpected properties of materials at the nanoscale.
The event is included in the cost of admission, which is $6 per person 1 year and older. Recommended for ages 7 and under.
