A New Home for The Woodlands LearningRx: The brain-training center sets up shop on Kuykendahl
The Woodlands LearningRx recently moved to its new location at 10857 Kuykendahl Rd. Ste. 240.
An open house will be held from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 30.
Owner and director Kim Bellini said the brain-training center’s new 1,900-sq. ft.home base will be more visible and more accessible for customers.
“We’re looking forward to being able to better accommodate our clients,” she said. “We want our clients to have the best experience possible.”
Bellini worked with broker Huy Dang with Pinecroft Realty throughout the lease transaction.
Bellini explained that the new spot is not far away from her original location, 4840 West Panther Creek.
“There are a lot of benefits, however, to moving five minutes down the road,” she said.
On the top of her list will be the increased availability of parking. She also believes clients will enjoy the convenience of the location and its proximity to popular stores like Trader Joe’s, Ace Hardware and the Indian Springs Village Center.
Bellini said the build-out of the space has already been completed, and she estimates that the new office will be open for business in March.
The Woodlands LearningRx opened in 2007, offering one-on-one brain training programs for students of all ages, including children trying to ace their next exams, business people looking to succeed in the office and seniors wanting to maintain their mental prowess.
The center has steadily grown over the years and has become a mainstay in the community. The business has received numerous franchise awards including the Customer Service Award (2009-2014), Community Impact Award (2014) and Franchisee of the Year (2014).
In addition, The Woodlands LearningRx was the recipient of the Lone Star College - Small Business Development Center’s prestigious Small Business of the Year award for 2013 and also received Readers Choice awards from Living Magazine in 2013 and 2014.
