Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

This workshop will provide a comprehensive overview of the world of speech and language and how it relates to children under the age of five.  Identifying the signs of communication delays can help caregivers distinguish between expected developmental milestones in children and red flags indicating a child is at risk for a language disorder.

In addition, Amy will provide practical strategies to encourage language development at home.  Understanding how communication develops will help caregivers provide a strong foundation for future learning.

Event: April 4, 2019 at 5:30 thru 6:30 p.m. in Celebrations

This Workshop is lead by Amy Lerman, MA, CCC-SLP, Community Outreach at The Parish School.
