KIDS ANTI-BULLYING PROGRAM: In our anti-bullying program, our goal is to increase each child’s awareness about bullying and to build their confidence with the techniques of Jiu-Jitsu so they can take a stand and end bullying. The best part is that the techniques are non-violent. Rather than using potentially harmful punches and kicks, the child will use leverage-based control holds to neutralize the threat until help arrives. We teach children how to fight fire with water. ADULT SELF DEFENSE BASICS: Proven over the last 80 years to be the most reliable system for a smaller person to defend against a larger, more athletic opponent, the techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu are based on precise timing and effective use of leverage so that virtually any adult can do them, man or woman, regardless of size or athletic ability.
